South of the Township line separating
Townships 59 North and Township 58
North, and East of the Macon and Shelby
County Lines; also all that part of Shelby
County R-IV School District located in
Macon County.

remove from the Shelby Co. R-IV District
all district land North of the Monroe and
Shelby County Lines, West of the
Rangeline separating Ranges 12 West
and 11 West, South of the Township line
separating Townships 59 North and
Township 58 North, and East of the
Macon and Shelby County lines, to
include that part of the Shelby Co. R-IV
School District located in Macon County.
If approved, such land would be attached
to the Macon Co. R-I School District
effective August 8, 2018.
If this proposition is approved by the
voters, such real property within the
Shelby Co. R-IV School District will be
assigned to the Macon Co. R-I School
District.
