1.0 PURPOSE
This document enumerates the guidelines for review of vendor drawings and
documents.

5.1 Vendor shall submit list of drawings & documents alongwith their suggestive
approval category for review by EIL during project kick off meeting.
5.2 Vendor shall submit all the drawings & documents to EIL as per the advise of
project division.
5.5 All drawings & documents submitted by the vendor shall be reviewed as per
project specific schedule.
5.6 One copy of all the final drawings shall be maintained in the division for a period
mentioned for quality records.
5.7 The inputs furnished by Process group will form the basis for review, wherever
applicable. The critical parameters to be reviewed by Environment Division for
tanks & pumps are enclosed herewith as Annexure - I, II & III.
Environment Division shall check the following parameters in the Data Sheet submitted by
the vendor as part of Basic Engineering Package vis-a-vis Process Data Sheet issued by
Process Division or Environment Division and included as part of Bid document.

ANNEXURE - II
Environment Division shall check the following parameters in the G.A. drawing of the tanks,
submitted by the vendor vis-a-vis the process data sheet and P&IDs included in the Basic
Engineering Package as reviewed and commented by Environment Division.

ANNEXURE - III
Environment Division shall review the following process parameters in the data sheet of
pumps included in the Basic Engineering Packages submitted by the vendor vis-a-vis the
Process Data Sheets included in the bid document and Hydraulic Calculations in the Basic
Engineering Package as reviewed and commented by Environment Division.
