20lg reflecting service on May 9, 2018, Bedrock's Venture Inc.'s Motion for Judgment Against
Cinemas,
Resal Cinemas, Inc., Together with Memorandum of Authorities, to all of which Regal

Inc. failed to file a response, together with other proof, matters and things before the Court,

Court finds:

l. The May 7,2018 Garnishment issued by the Court in the amount of $513,098.17

was properly served upon Regal Cinema's Inc.'s Registered Agent, The Corporation

on the 9* day of MaY 2018.

2. Regal has failed to file a response to said Writ of Garnishment within the 30 days

prescribed by law and is wholly in default.


3. The said Garnishment contained the required Notice to the Non-Employer

Garnishee that failure to answer the Writ of Garnishment within 30 days shall result in personal

liability of the Garnishee for the full amount specified in the Writ.

4. The said Writ also contained the Notice to Defendant, which was served upon

Defendant on May 7,2At8.

5. Following Regal Cinemas, Inc.'s Default, Bedrock Ventures, Inc. filed its Motion

for Judgment Against Garnishee Regal Cinemas, Inc. with Memorandum of Authorities on the

186 day of June 2018, which was served via First Class U.S. Mail on the t8e day of June 2018

to Regat Cinemas, Inc. at each of the four following addresses:

6. That Regal Cinemas, Inc. filed no response to said Motion within the time

required by law and is wholly in default.

7. Two gamishments were issued and served prior to the May 7,2018 gamishmenl,

neither of which were properly responded to because of default, because of the form of the

response and the response having been in letter form signed by an administrative assistant rather

than an attomey licensed to practice law.

8. Notrvithstanding, the two previous ganrishments are waived, moot and not subject

to the June 18, 2018 Motion for Judgment against Regal Cinemas, Inc.

IT IS TTIEREFORE, BY T}IE COURT, CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED

that Regal Cinemas, Inc. has failed to respond to the Garnishment properly issued by this Court

and served upon it on the 9* d"y of May 2018 and has fi,rther failed to respond to the Motion for

Judgment Against Garnishee served upon it on the l8e day of June 2018, that the Writ of

Gamishment contained the Notice to Non-Employer Gamishee, that failure to respond shall

result in personal liability of the fulI amount specified in the Writ, the Notice to Defendant was

properly served upon Defendant and notwithstanding Regal Cinemas, Inc. failed to respond and

is wholly in default.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, default Judgment is entered against Regal Cinemas,

Inc. in the amount of $513,098.17 in favor of Bedrock Ventures, Inc., which shall bear post-

judgment interest at ten percent (10%), together with court costs.
