attached along with estimates:

2. Ownership proof Maqboola Bibi W/O Muhammad Iqbal
3. Ownership proof of Khalida Bibi W/O Muhammad Jumma
4. Ownership proof of Idress S/O Ali Ahmad
Furthermore, during site visit, it is observed that no work on site against the estimate submitted
for Muhammad Hanif S/O Khalil Ahmad and it seems to be a fake entry. Therefore, you are
informed to provide above mentioned documents and justification/clarification of Mr.
Muhammad Hanif S/O Khalil Ahmad to proceed further in this matter.

(including the details of door fixture, lock, handle etc.) along with aluminum sections are not
provided.
Secondly, you have submitted total cost of the work activity instead of rate analysis. Therefore,
detail drawing is necessary to proceed in the matter please.
