This unit describes the skills and knowledge to be able to work agreeably with
other students, cast, crew, guest speakers, teachers, people in authority and
other people within the work environment.
The Film and Television Industry by its very nature is a volatile industry;
deadlines, high standards of work and competitive behaviour mean that at
times there are certain amounts of stress put on you. This unit will help you
understand how to prepare yourself to work within the stressors of the
Industry and maintain a harmonious balance not only for yourself but for
others.

This formative summary is designed to use when observing students
cognitive and affective performance skills. To facilitate a judgment of progress
and development of essential capabilities it is important to gather evidence to
confirm the observations/assessments during the tasks.

This assessment task gathers evidence of both desirable and undesirable


behaviours demonstrated by the student.
