Actually, we talk about a great technological development, particularly in the branches of

the computer science and the telecommunications, demonstrating that this is the era with
greater speed of evolution of all those that we have known. This technological accelerated
development has given rise to the new information and communication technologies, such
is the case of the Internet which is flooding the world whenever it is helping it to conquer
knowledge and actions that yesterday seemed inaccessible but, in the same way, they are
conditioning and forcing adaptations and rethinking in all the orders of their existence.

The Internet has revolutionized many areas and, especially, communications in a radical
way to the point of becoming a global means of communication today, in our lives. We use
it for almost everything, from sharing a moment with a friend by sending a photo through
instant messaging to order a pizza or buy a television. Before, if we wanted to read the
news of the previous day we should wait for the kiosk to open. Today, with just one click
we can not only read our local newspaper, but also the newspaper from anywhere in the
world, with a permanent content update. The Internet in our culture is very important
because we keep in communication with other countries, which today are at the frontier of
the Internet that has become an effective tool of the globalization process. Approaching
students outside the floors, businessmen negotiating from their offices with the rest of the
world or simply individuals sharing moments of importance, from a desk, or from inside
your home.

It is especially important how it has affected the social communication itself. There is no
doubt that every day new technologies continue to gain ground and transform our habits
and communication possibilities, and that they have done something among the young
public, although today there is still room for analogue tools in certain sectors. With the
internet, there are no longer borders for communication. Through the internet, the
traditional barriers of time and space disappear, as I have said before, and the
communicative possibilities are broadened. The Internet is the network and the set of all the
networks that include the web. The web is not synonymous with the internet, it is just the
visible part, a fraction that can be seen on the screen. It is characterized, among other
phenomena, by the development and consolidation of information and communication
technologies that erase distances in the transfer of information, establishing links with the
entire planet.

A notable fact is the popularization of the internet, the main force in the formation of the
global information society through the integration of networks.
The internet offers volume, speed and diversity of information, including in its own
medium and its interface the possibility of response. It gives the receiver the possibility of
becoming an emitter. The skills that the new transmitter-receiver must incorporate are
multiple and cumulative and can range from a click to the use of simple or complex
programs. The Internet has a profound impact on the work's area, entertainment,
knowledge, health, finances, religion, etc. Worldwide. Thanks to the web, millions of
people have easy and immediate access to a vast and diverse amount of information online.

Compared to encyclopedias and traditional libraries, the web has allowed a sudden and
extreme decentralization of information and data. Some companies and individuals have
adopted the use of blogs, which are largely used as updatable journals. Some commercial
organizations encourage their staff to incorporate their areas of expertise into their sites,
hoping that they will impress visitors with expert knowledge and free information.

The Internet has reached a large part of the homes and businesses of rich countries, in this
aspect a digital divide has been opened with poor countries, in which the penetration of the
Internet and new technologies is very limited for people. However, in the course of time
Internet access has been extended in almost all regions of the world, so it is relatively easy
to find at least 2 computers connected in remote regions.

The global model phase represents the boom of the paradigm since the 1990s, when
telematics is consolidated, that is, the integration of information technology, computing and
telecommunications. A notable fact is the popularization of the internet, the main force in
the formation of the global information society through the intervention of networks.

A simple example of a social network, is Facebook, because by this means you can make
friends from other parts of the world, and even have an affective relationship by this means,
since there are many people who find their "soulmate", or the love of his life; but we must
consider that this medium can also have its consequences, a simple example is that some
people do not use the internet, for educational purposes or for something of importance, but
to extort people or kidnap, or even cyberbullying, because that nowadays this practice is
more common among young people.

The Internet is a giant tree of very diverse subcultures formed by the so-called virtual
communities. The use of the internet in the educational field is important, since it impacts
on this situation. It will cause profound changes in teaching-learning methods and
educational objectives. Because teachers can dedicate their effort and the level of students
in the development of mental abilities that allow students to "adequately understand"
information and "creative creativity", thereby being able to propose a better learning
discipline among both of them.

Because the internet can be useful in this area, not only in this but in many more. The
network has covered needs (school, work, entertainment, communication, etc.) but also new
problems as we saw in previous paragraphs, as people lose contact with their relatives, all
because there are times that one is isolated in the world of cyberspace, which is the internet,
and therefore, communication is lost, with families. And between ourselves don't realize
what is happening in our family. Today it is impossible to think of a world without Internet,
many years after the need to use software for the home, the new information technology is
considered vital and economical, (whatever the subject) make it much more efficient and
simple works and facilitate communications with other countries, which we can make
friends with.
