Overview

Requirement for recording services performed by service provider. This transaction is to be

performed upon submission of a Service Invoice/ RA (Running Account) Bill by service vendor.

Business Process Description Overview

This document describes the procedure for creating a service entry sheet. Within purchasing, this service
entry sheet document is designed for the recording of the services that have been performed by the service
provider. The service entry sheet is a list of all planned services that have actually been performed. It can
also be used to list and specify unplanned services that have been performed and whose precise scope and
nature were unknown at time of planning phase.

1.1. Access transaction by:

Sheet>Maintain
Via Transaction Code ML81N

1.2. On screen Display Service Entry Sheet

1.3. Click on the Other Purchase Order button and enter the PO number
in the following window and press Enter.

1.4. Click on the Create Entry Sheet icon and type short text in the short text field

1.5. On Screen “(Entry Sheet Number): Create Entry Sheet”: enter the information in the fields as
specified in the table below:

1.6. After filling text field, ENTER, system will ask for the storage location(location where service is
to be done)

1.7. Click on the “Service Selection” icon at the bottom of the screen and
type the Service Purchase Order number in the Service Selection window and press enter.

1.8. Select the line of services performed and click on “Adopt Service” icon.

1.10. Double Click on item, following screen will popup,

Provide the deduction for particular line item.

Click on OK .

1.11. The deduction of all line item will show in additional data tab, header deduction can be filled
directly in the header deduction field and total deduction field will show all deduction incl.
header and item.

Save the Document which will be further go for workflow approval.
