Project Proposal

I. Title: BAYAD SA THAILAND TRIP MO, LOANAN MO!

II. Objectives:

1. To open a loan window for the school trip of JMNHS Teachers for Summer 2018;

2. To promote the sense of camaraderie among JMNHS Teachers through a school educational
trip to Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia;

3. To provide sources of fund for teacher-member of JMNHS-TEDC;

4. To generate income for JMNHS-TEDC.

III. Rationale: Teachers are a special group of government employees who work hard in teaching

their areas of specialization from June to March. They need a break so that they can recharge

and be fit for the incoming academic year.

Traveling to local and international places is one way wherein teachers can break the
monotony of their teaching profession. However, traveling requires a large amount of budget,
especially if this entails traveling abroad.

Thus, this proposal is meant to find a source of fund for this exciting as well as educational trip
to Thailand this April 2018.

III. Target Period of Implementation: June 2017-June 2019.

IV. Target Maximum Loanable Amount: P30,000.

V. Interest: 1.000 %

VII. Payment Scheme:

The teachers will apply for a loan with a maximum amount of thirty thousand pesos (P30,000.00) only.
However, they will not get the money from the Acting Cashier. The money will stay with the Bank and/or
Treasurer for payment purposes. The remaining amount will be given to them during the Trip itself.

The loan period will be 24 months. For teachers with a net income that is lower than P3,000.00, their
application will be considered by the CreCom and the assignatories on case-to-case basis.

Teachers who have their ATMs with them must pay the monthly amortization faithfully, as all loans
should be paid on a regular basis.
