Tentative Tour Program
07 Oct:- Departure from Pune to Mysore by 12782 Swarna Jayanthi Exp. At 09.30 am.

08 Oct:- Arrival Mysore at 04.55 am. Hotel Check in (50% rooms as per subject to
availability). After breakfast visit to Zoo. After lunch visit to Maharaja Mysore Palace. In
the evening visit to Vrindavan Garden. Back to hotel, dinner & overnight stay at Mysore.

09 Oct:- After Breakfast check out & proceed for Bangalore. On the way visit to Tipu Sultan
Palace. Arrival Bangalore, hotel check in & lunch. After lunch visit to Visvesvaraya
Industrial & Technological Museum. In evening visit to Iskon Temple, back to hotel
Dinner & overnight stay at Bangalore.

10 Oct:- After breakfast check out & Proceed for Industry Visit. After lunch proceed for
Bangalore Railway Station. Reporting Bangalore Railway Station at 03.00 pm. Departure
from Bangalore to Pune by 11014 Lokmanya TT Exp. at 04.00 pm.

11 Oct:- Arrival Pune at 10.35 am.

Tour Cost Per Student: - Rs. 5,150/- (Economy Package)

 Above cost valid for minimum 47 paying students.

Note-
 College I.D. Card is compulsory on tour. If it is not available with student in railway,
then penalty is to be borne by student only.
 I.D. Proof of College, Govt. I. D. is compulsory for teachers. Otherwise penalty in
Railway if charged is to be borne by respective teacher only.
 Any change in name of Student or Teacher is not acceptable as Railway charge penalty
for change in name.

  3*2 49 Seater Non AC Bus throughout the Tour
 Veg. Food throughout the Tour.
 Non AC Accommodation in one room on Four Sharing basis (3 on bed & 1 on
mattress) in Standard Hotels.
 All Entrance Fees as mentioned in program.
 Student Travels Insurance.
 Tour Escort from Pune to Pune.

Tour Cost Excludes:-

 Personal expenses of whatever Nature.
 Laundry Expanses, Mineral Water, Any Personal Expanses.
 Train Food.
 College – Railway Station - College Transportation Charges.

Payments Terms and Conditions:-

 Above cost valid for minimum 47 Paying students.
 Advance Rs. 1,500/- at the time of booking and will be non refundable.
 Balance amount (Full Payment) to be paid before 30 days from the trip date.

Cancellation Policy:-
1. Cancellation within 15 Days prior to the departure date of the tour packages / Hotel
Booking / Transportation: 70 % Cancellation charge on tour cost.
2. Cancellation before 1 Day prior to the departure date of the tour packages / Hotel
Booking / Transportation or Non Utilization of the same: 100 % Cancellation on tour
cost.

Company Terms & Condition

Dear Sir / Madam,
Our Team is experienced & well travelled to various destinations & has hands on
experience in organizing enumerable educational tours both international & domestic
grounds. We have no direct control over Airline, Railways; Shipping’s & bus coaches,
hotels / resorts & other facilities or services mentioned in our Itenary. We only select the
 best among them & thus have no direct control on running them. Any increase in Rail, Air,
Bus, Boat, Petrol, Diesel or other such services affected thereof are not included in the
tour cost & passenger shall have to bear the same before the tour. The passengers /
institutions cannot cancel the tour program on account of any increase in said changes.
All Enquires / Bookings / Cancellations for the educational institutions are accepted
through the concerned authority only. Students & parents may not deal directly with the
tour organizer. All students should carry their current identity cards provided by the
institution & during the tour. If it is not available with student in railway, then penalty is
to be borne by student only. I.D. Proof of College / College, Govt. I. D. is compulsory for
teachers. Otherwise penalty in Railway if charged is to be borne by respective teacher
only. Any change in name of Student or Teacher is not acceptable as Railway charge
penalty for change in name. The right of admission is fully reserved by the tour organizer
& the principal of the institution. If any ex – students / extra teacher / parents / relatives
wish to join any tours along with the students & teachers; they will have to pay an extra
amount as decided by the tour organizers & with the prior permission of the institution.
Any charge for medication / hospitalization of student is to be borne by respective
individual.

Rates:-
All rates are quoted per person inclusive of the prevailing taxes & service charges
unless otherwise it is strictly specified therein.
Price Quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been
confirmed.
Rates & availability are subject to change without prior notice & no refunds for
unutilized services.

Special Request:-
If there are any requests regarding special meals, Such request is subject to
confirmation & availability.

Punctuality:-
 This is a measure to ensure your safety & time discipline. Clients will have to strictly
follow to the prescribed timetable for the day. Please follow to time discipline so that
scheduled sightseeing is not missed due to your actions. In case any sightseeing or services
are missed due to your default the same will be non-refundable. Tour participants are
requested to strictly follow the time schedule given at all times including the departure time
from the hotel, sightseeing places, etc.

Meals:-
There are pre-set menus provided by the restaurant. We, however, reserve the right to
change the meal arrangement, where circumstances compel us to do so. Unlike an airline,
we cannot process for a special meal, diet meal etc. nor can we guarantee special diet for
customers if applicable. In the event that the client wakes up late & misses breakfast & in
the event that the client is out on his own & reaches late & misses meals, then no claim can
be made by him for the meal which he has missed and not .

Valuable loss / theft :-

The institution is requested to inform students no to carry their valuables. The
organizers shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable to extent any help or
compensate for the loss / theft, personal injury, sickness, delay increase expenses,
consequential loss or any miss adventure however caused. The organizers reserve the right
to claim any additional amount for the expenses due to delay or changes in train, bus, flight,
ships or the services, weather conditions, war quarantine, strike or any other cause
whatsoever. Once u book on the tour you get into an implied agreement with our company &
have read the rules & regulation laid down by Company hence the institutions & the tour in
charge has agreed to abide by them.

Note:-
Due to any inherent condition which is beyond tour operator’s control if tour is
cancelled tour fees would not be refunded back. Any dispute would be settled in pune
juridical only.
