Jarvis is a political strategy consulting organization working closely with governments and
leading political parties in strategizing, ideating and implementing large-scale government
initiatives and political campaigns.

We are a young and enthusiastic team, which aims to build a leading political strategy
consultancy firm in the country. ​Members of Jarvis belong to institutes like IITs, IIMs, ISB, NYU,
etc. and have served organizations like McKinsey, OYO, Ola, Flipkart, Uber, etc. They have
been handling political campaigns at national and state level from past 3 years.

We seek to redefine how political leadership engages with the citizens using cutting edge
technology, data analytics, new age media, research and professional management practices in
the political ecosystem.

Position: ​We are looking for an experienced Associate Director who has a knack for process
oriented approach required for handling multiple states and running smooth operations across
zone. The person will responsible for end to end execution of all modules including ground
operations, data gathering, on-ground intelligence, branding and communication. The person
will be leading multiple states with teams ranging from 90-100.

About the Role​:

● Strategize and ideate long term and short term action plan for the clients, along with the
senior management
● Coordinate cross functionally with ground team, technology, outsourced vendors and call
center teams to execute projects
● Create project plans, milestones, timelines, resource requirements etc. for project
implementation
● Manage the administration function and operational performance reporting, streamlining
processes and systems wherever possible
● Showcase proactive stakeholder management to ensure long-term relationship of the
firm with our clients
 ● Ensure daily reporting for higher management and clients showcasing day-on-day
progress of the project/new initiatives

Desired Profile
● 5-7 years’ experience in handling large ground operations teams in a consumer
tech/FMCG company
● Undergraduate / postgraduate from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, BITS - Pilani, IIM, ISB)
● Ground level sales experience, handled operations and P&L for a large organization
● Having an experience of Operations in a consumer tech based Startup is a plus
● Strong Analytical Skills, should be great with numbers and have intermediate skills in
Excel
