abc Weather Proof SRI Tiles: Fixing method & estimate:

a. Prepare the roof surface with required slope as per civil work
specifications.
b. Materials required (abc supply): (Material lifting by client)

Weather Proof SRI Tiles, Plus powder, Grout, Nano Clear, Nano White,
Spacers, PPF & Weather Proof Whitener.
c. By using 15:1 sand: cement mortar, fix tiles on the leveled roof surface.
d. Soak tiles in abc Nano clear water (100 ml abc nano liquid in 150 liter clean
water) for 10 to 15 minutes and remove defective tiles, if found.
e. Prepare cement slurry as below:

Mix Ultra tech cement or equivalent and abc plus powder @ 3:1 ratio in clean
water. Add 500 ml abc nano white (for 20 liters of slurry)
f. Fix abc tile on 15:1 mortar by using cement slurry and use 3 mm spacer
between tiles. Ensure that each tile is fixed firmly. Do not walk over the tile for
24 hours.
g. 4 inch skirting has to be given in all sides with slanting position. Apply
grout and finish neatly.
h. Wash the tiles surface and inspect for proper fitting of each tile. Apply abc
grout in 3 mm gap. Prepare grout with abc nano white @ 100 ml / kg of abc
grout and add required qty of clean water with PPF (3 gm) to make a paste.
i. After 24 hours of grouting, seal the grout with abc nano white (pure liquid)
or abc nano clear (100 ml in 2 litres of clean water) as top coat by using a
sponge / brush.
j. During final inspection, if any micro hairline appears here and there, give a
touch up by using abc Weather Proof Whitener.

Final washing of entire area will be charged extra.

Make sure that water proofing is done above skirting level i.e on parapet wall
etc by painting contractor. Extra charges if abc layer does this job.
