With regard to the contract No. 038.PJ/041/DIR/2013 dated March 06, 2013 for Package 2 :
275 kV Transmission line (hereinafter referred to as the “CONTRACT” ), between :

PT. Perusahaan Lisrik Nasional (Persero), a corporation incorporated under the laws of
Indonesia and having its principal place of business at Jl. Trunojoyo Blok M I/135,
Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan 12160 – Indonesia.
(Hereinafter called “the Employer”)

Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd, A corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the Republic of Korea having its Business Office at Hyundai Building,

(Hereinafter called “The Contractor”) as leader of Consortium

PT. Multi Fabrindo Gemilang, A corporation organized and doing business under the
Law of Republic of Indonesia with its registered business office at MEDCO Building II,
3rd Floor, Jl. Ampera Raya No. 20 Cilandak, Jakarta 12560 - INDONESIA
(Hereinafter called “The Contractor”) as member of Consortium

WHEREAS:

On 06th March, 2013, the Employer on the part and the Contractor entered into a contract to
design, manufacture, test, deliver, install complete site test and commissioning the certain
Facilities, North West Sumatera Interconnector Transmission Lines Construction Project,
Package 2 : 275 kV Transmission Line, Supply and installation for 275 kV Transmission Line
Padang Sidempuan – Payakumbuh.

On 14th November 2014, the Employer and the contractor signed an amendment I No.
038A.PJ/041/DIR/2014 for the purpose of changing in source of financing of the contract.

On 15th December 2015, the Employer and the contractor signed an amendment II No.
038B.PJ/041/DIR/2014 for the purpose of changing in Price Schedule No. 1 of the contract.

Therefore, The parties have mutually agreed to amend the Contract and any amendment
thereto as follows:

1. COMPLETION TIME
The completion time of the contract shall be extended 16 (sixteen) month or 480 (four
hundred eighty) days.
The completion time of the contract shall be revised 42 (fourty two) months or 1271 (one
thousand two hundred seventy one) days calendar from the effective date of contract.
Completion date shall be September 04, 2016
The revised overall schedule for this project as per attachment 2

7. TERMS AND PROCEDURES OF PAYMENT

The Terms and Procedures of Payment shall remain unchanged as per Amendment I No
038A.PJ/041/DIR/2014

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT

The terms and conditions of the Main Contract dated 06 March 2013 which are not
modified by this Amendment No. 038C.PJ/041/DIR/2015 shall remain unchanged, fully
valid and in force to the Parties herein.
This Amendment No. 038C.PJ/041/DIR/2015 shall form an integral part of the Contract, as
further assigned and amended.
In case of discrepancy between the Main Contract and this Amendment No.
038C.PJ/041/DIR/2015 , this Amendment No. 038C.PJ/041/DIR/2015 shall prevail.
