    North East Lincolnshire Council fraudulently obtained a liability order by committing perjury (lying in a witness statement to the court). There is no debt owing but North East Lincolnshire Council have criminally engineered a non-payment scenario. The Police, Local Government Ombudsman and judges are complicit because all of them have looked the other way. The crooked bailiff firm Rossendales subsequently attempted to defraud me with their enforcement fees. Now Jacobs have been instructed to attempt to defraud me with their enforcement fees.
