OrificeMaster ®
Specifications
Issue/Rev. 0.2 (10/06) Bulletin SSOR005

FMC Technologies Measurement Solutions Orifice-

Master ® Single Chamber Orifice Fitting is manufac-
tured to offer the ultimate in economy, measurement
accuracy and safety. It is designed to provide regularly
scheduled orifice plate inspections when it is possible to
isolate the fitting from the flow stream or system.

Features
Safety
All OrificeMaster fittings are engineered and manufac-
tured to ensure complete safety to the operator. Before
delivery, each fitting is inspected and pressure tested un-
der strict guidelines to meet all pressure requirements.
Designed to provide maximum safety to the operator
during operation, service and inspection.
The slip-lock design prevents cover plate blow-off in
the event the line has not been depressurized.

Accuracy 2" thru 6" OrificeMaster Single Chamber Orifice Fitting

Tested for positive plate sealing, pressure tap integ-
rity, seal protrusion and eccentricity. Operating Specifications
Machined metal carrier provides positive alignment
of the orifice plate while eliminating plate deflection Size1
and seal protrusion into the flow path. 2" thru 24"
Operation/Maintenance Pressure Class2
The OrificeMaster offers both cost and time saving ANSI 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500
opportunities to the operator.
Simple operating procedures allows horizontal or End Connections
vertical installation in all sizes with no changes to Weld by Weld
the fitting. Flange by Flange
All parts can be replaced without removing the fitting Flange by Weld
from the line. Flange designed in accordance with ANSI B16.5. Raised
