ALLPRO PARKING ASSUMES ELLICOTT AIRPORT PARKING OPERATION

“Allpro Parking is delighted for this opportunity to expand our portfolio of operating
locations and to introduce this new business vertical, “off-airport parking,” to Allpro’s
diverse portfolio of parking and transportation related operations,”
said Richard A. Serra, Allpro Parking’s President and CEO. “We are grateful to Bill Paladino, CEO of Ellicott Development,
for working so cooperatively with us on this transition. We look forward to introducing the Allpro Parking brand motto,
“Experience the Professional Difference,” to this location for our many loyal Buffalo area patrons and the new friends and
customers we will make.”

Allpro Parking was founded in Buffalo, New York in 2000, and has expanded into Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Ohio,
as well as Long Island, Yonkers, Rochester, Ithaca, Syracuse, Jamestown, New York, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Today,
the company employs over 500 individuals at over 150 locations. Allpro Parking provides professional parking
management, facility maintenance, ground transportation, and event logistics to developers, property managers,
institutions, and government entities across a wide spectrum of markets. In 2012, Allpro Parking was the recipient of the
Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Award, the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association Outstanding Employee Culture
Award. In 2018, Allpro Parking received the Seal of Integrity and Excellence Award from the National Parking Association.

From April 24th to 27th, Rick Serra visited with the Allpro Parking
employees at a majority of our cities in the Midwest. “I always
look forward to meeting our team and touring our various
locations,” commented Rick. One of the highlights of the trip
was a first time visit to the Bedford Valet operation, where we
provide outstanding service. The ribbon cutting and grand
opening of the City Club Apartments at our 301 Vine Street
parking garage, where our team provides VIP valet services at
the front door, was another highlight. I was totally impressed
with our team members at every location that I visited on this
