 At Invisible Fence, brought in 5 new dealers within 6 months, no recruiting efforts for over 3 years. Put team
in place to continue results of 12 new deals each in 2014-15.
 At Guard-A-Kid, increased revenue by 100% in first quarter. Overhauled SOP’s to bring consistency.
 At Miracle Ear, negotiated and sold 28 new territories with additional expansions of 15 units in only 6
months. Brought 3 million additional revenue initially and growth to 8 million within 2 years.
 With Matco Tools, increased region franchise sales by 110% in only 5 months, a consistent average of 5 new

 During first year with Children’s Orchid franchise, expanded number of new locations by more than 25% and
franchise resale locations by more than 10%. In less than 3 years, almost doubled the number of units from
