2. Tell me some of your strengths. How about your weaknesses?


- “Let me talk about first of my strengths, I am very good at time management and
decision making. I am always punctual when it comes to meetings and deadline
during my college days. I had no record of being late during my internship. When it
comes to decision making, I’m a kind of person whose thinking is not only focused on
the future situation but of the present.” – cite ka nalang experiences mo basta
ganyan yung way ng pag answer
- “On the other hand, I think the only weakness that I have is…” – if I’m not mistaken
ang napag usapan natin about ditto is yung pagiging considerate mong tao.

3. Of all the seminars that you’ve attended, which of it is the most significant for
you?
- Mention one seminar and then share an example on why that is the most significant
for you

4. Why did you choose you major?


- “Honestly, accountancy is only my second choice. My first choice is mechanical
engineering because (state your reason why mech eng is your first choice), the
reason why I did not choose it because before, I have a problem with travelling from
afar…” –dugtungan mo nalang basta make up your mind on how you will answer this
okay?

5. What are your accomplishments during your internship?


- “During internship, I was exposed to reviewing liquidation of cash advances, I also
prepared the subsidiary ledger of property plant and equipment, I was also asked to
compare the PPE accounting and PPE per asset management division, and as far as
I remember, I also checked and traced the amounts and entries of shipments from
and shipments to in general journal.”

6. What do you know about our company?


- *search ka lang about philam, do not forget na sila yung largest and established
insurance company dito sa pinas.

7. What are your thoughts about the position you’ve applied for?
- “I think financial advisor allows the person to guide and connect to different clients.
They share their knowledge to other people who value not only their money but also
their future” – example ko lang ito, dugtungan mo po okay?
8. What do you think is your edge from other applicants?
- This is where you will mention your experience from your family-owned business.
Tell the interviewer that you are very determined and is much willing to learn from
them. Also mention an experience wherein you encountered different people from
your business and if I’m not mistaken, having knowledge about stock market is also
good.

9. Why do you want to be a financial advisor? What do you know about it?
- “Being a financial advisor is not an easy job, you have to make sure that you really
know what you say and explain to the client. They only not just sell insurance
products but financial advisors serve others and bridge people to the abundant lives
they need, they want, and they have promised their loved ones. If I become one of
them, I will make sure to make my clients’ lives crisis-proof so that they won’t have a
difficult time during their difficult challenges of life.”

10. Describe a time when you have to help someone make a difficult decision.
- You said that your answer here will be about stock market.

11. Where do you want to be in five years from now?


- “five years from now, I want to see myself in a growing and developing company…”

- Answer it first with a YES or a NO and tell the interviewer why.

- You said that you will answer this in Filipino language.

14. How do you manage your stress?


- “I rarely experience stress, because I always make sure to have a reason to enjoy
what I am doing” – I’m not sure bebe if this is how you want to answer this question.

15. What is your ideal workplace?


- “I want a workplace wherein everyone is visibly enjoying their job. I want a happy
environment wherein there are lots of people who are very approachable so that I
can easily adapt to them.”

16. If we hire you, what do you bring to the organization?


- “I am sure that I will bring my strong work ethics here in your company wherein I will
be able to finish the task ahead of time”
17. What do you think will be your greatest contribution in this company considering
that you’re a fresh graduate?
- “Being a fresh graduate has no difference from other people, but I am sure that my
drive/excitement to learn new things will be my greatest contribution to this company
as a fresh graduate. I can make sure that I am very compassionate from the things
that will be assigned to me.”

18. What type of customers are you comfortable working with?


- “customers who are consistent, loyal, and open-minded so that we will understand
each other easily”

19. How do you gain the trust of your new clients?


- “I think it is important that clients feel listened to and from the beginning so I make
sure to have a good ears to them”
20. What experience do you possess for this position?

- “I am seeking something with salary in the range of PHP ___ to PHP___ and will
also consider other benefits that will come as part of the compensation package.
