AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, ISIDRO E. DEGRANO, ALEXANDER E. DEGRANO AND

TEOFISTO E. DEGRANO and ERLINDA D. DIPICO represented by ISIDRO
E. DEGRANO all of legal age, Filipino, married and residents of R. T Romualdez,
Province of Agusan Del Norte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the absolute owner by virtue of extrajudicial

settlement of the estate of BELEN DEGRANO a parcel of
agricultural land situated at R.T Romuldez, Agusan del Norte,
Philippines, with an area of 18,500 square meters more or less
under TCT No. ET-464 .

2. That there is no person or persons occupying or working in the

land either as leasehold or share crop tenanted and neither is
the land under expropriation proceedings by the Department of
Agrarian Reform or other agency of the government.

3. That we execute this affidavit voluntarily out of our own free will,
and to show that the above-described property is not tenanted
in compliance with the requirements of the Register of Deeds
and for such other purposes it may serve under the law.
