Dear partners,

We are pleased to invite you and your organization to join the 5th International Young Inventors Award
(IYIA 2018) on 19-22 September 2018 at Inna Grand Bali Beach Sanur, Bali, INDONESIA.

Indonesian Invention and Innovation Promotion Association (INNOPA) is the organizer of IYIA 2018. It
has been fourth times INNOPA holds IYIA and every year there always a great success. Last year, the
4th IYIA was held in Jakarta with more than 250 inventions presented, and this year, we predict that
there will be more than 400 inventions with 100.000 people attending The 5th IYIA, including young
inventors coming from various participating countries, territories, and organizations.

On this occasion, the IYIA 2018 would give an opportunity to promising young innovators or scientists to
share creative ideas among one another and also provide an excellent exposure of invention and
technological advancements in various sectors. The IYIA 2018 will also provide an excellent
opportunity to tighten our relationship and will give participants chances to explore a peaceful and
friendly country in Wonderful Indonesia, especially Bali. In addition, the city of Bali where the 5th IYIA
is held, is a must visit place in Indonesia. Located on the westernmost end of the Lesser Sunda Islands,
Bali is one of the most favorite tourism destinations in Indonesia, known for its natural attractions,
perfect climate and relaxed atmosphere. This island of flowers, temples and friendly people is
considered a real gem by travelers worldwide.

One of the authentic sides of Bali is traditional Balinese dance

performance which is call Barong Dance Bali. There are many
kinds of Barong dance in Bali, and the famous one is Barong
Ket dance. The entire body of the Barong Ket decorated with
traditional Balinese carvings made from cow-hide. In the
carvings, there are dozens of small glass mirrors. When there
are lights hits the small mirror glass, create a sparkling form of
light of the Barong Ket.

Tanjung Benoa is a tranquility traditional village located in Nusa

Dua peninsula flanked by the sea at both sides and white sand
stretching along the coast. This area has changed much now from the
previous conditions and continue to have the development where this
place has been appointed as a marine sport center in Bali with variety
of water activities available such as jet ski, banana boat, fly fish,
snorkeling, parasailing, etc. Tanjung Benoa is a very beautiful place
blessed by the panoramic view of the sea and beach with calm seawater
those are ideally for relaxation with your family. This area was
formerly fisherman village with the simple life style, but now has changed with the tourism development.

Uluwatu Temple sits on a 70-meter-high cliff protruding above

Indonesian Ocean. Because of its unique location, visitors to the
temple have to take a long stone stairway to reach it. The temple
heads east, unlike other Balinese temples which face west or
south. There are hundreds of monkeys roaming along the path
outside the temple. Although the monkeys look tame, visitors find
them a nuisance as they often grab food off a visitor’s hand and
snatch visitors’ belongings. There are two doors at the end of the
path, the north door and the south one, through which visitors
enter the temple complex.

Jimbaran Bay Seafood is the only restaurant in Jimbaran Kuta,

right on sand with its own private beach. Enjoy your sunset
dinner view with live quartet singers, Balinese traditional dance
and just a few steps to find out a various types of fish on
traditional fisherman market.
