PROJECTS HANDLED
Project #1: Construction of Hotel Aditya Inn, Hyderabad, India.
Description: The project comprised of one basement level, ground floor and seven floors above
ground floor.
Role: Site Engineer.
Responsibilities:
 Understanding the civil plans and implement it on the site as per the method statement.
 Interpret construction drawings, applicable standards and specifications prior to execution of any
job.
 Conversant with architectural and structural drawings.
 Supervise the foremen in handling all the civil works considering the safety and quality
requirement.
 Coordinating with MEP team whenever required for the execution of works.
 Proper management of materials and distribution of work force.
 Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on
regular basis or as required.
 Preparing Material take off for ordering the materials and preparing Bill of Quantity.
 Preparing the progress reports for the management reviews.
Project #2: Commercial complex, Hyderabad, India.
Description: The project comprised of one basement level, ground floor and six floors above
ground floor.
Position: QA/QC Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
 Monitoring and working for the implementation of Approved Project Quality Plan.
 Carry out joint inspections for delivered materials with client/consultant for obtaining
approvals. Ensure that all discipline activities that require to be inspected such as concrete,
excavations and filling program have been inspected, approved and documented.
 Co-ordination and supervision of laboratory tests to confirm acceptance of works. Further
evaluate the suitability of construction materials and construction techniques and tools.

 Take charge of all QA/QC documentation monitoring and updating.

 Identifying Quality issues and area of non-conformance and record, initiate, recommend
and substantiate corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.
 Prepare and Assist the senior QA/QC Engineer in the preparation of proper activity Method
statement and ITP in co-ordination with construction and safety personals.
 Prepare all works quality documents as per client’s construction dossier index.
 Performing qualification of materials as per project specification. Review all relevant
documentation and test report issued by third parties Lab Technician, Surveyor and submit
records to the client for scrutiny.
 Identify and record any quality problems and initiate, recommend/provide solution through
designated channels.
 Providing a continuous support to the Quality, Safety and Construction Management to
achieve the high safety and quality of works in the project and meet the project
requirements.
