1.1. What is SPS?
Space Saver International (SPS) was established in 2004 with modern ideas and up
to date standards, having a vision for the future of industrial and commercial project
with unchallenged dedication in Jordan, as they became one of the main solution
providers for racking and advanced storage solution handling materials, forklift
trucks, and all types of steel & wooden doors.

Their mission is to become one of the best solution providers for handling
materials, advanced storage technology, and all type of doors which help to make
life easier and give more secure, less cost, and high quality products for the
customer's industrial and commercial projects.

SPS doesn't only provide products to be sold, they also study the construction and
plans to provide useful solutions for storage system, warehouses, forklift trucks, and
all types of doors. They aim to provide the client with the maximum possible extend
of optimizing the space with safe and modern products.

To provide the optimal and the best of their services, SPS deals with the highest
quality brands in the world, by being their dealer and spoke person in Jordan, they
provide high quality services as well as extending international communication with
forging businesses such as:

 STILL: Still is a German heavy duty equipment manufacture company that has
been for 95years one of the leading supplier of forklift trucks, platform
trucks, and tractors. Still is successfully active on an international scale with
the highest quality, reliability, and innovation technology.
 Standard: The Turkish company –standard- was founded in 1962 and is active
in the field of material handling and storage systems, it joined Averts Group
 in 2007; Averts are experts in racking & shelving that contribute to making it
one of the European leaders in its industry.
 Arcoma: SPS is the exclusive agent of ARCOMA Saudi Arabia which is much
like Standard is also an expert in the racking and shelving line from 1976.
 Hormman: SPS is the main supplier for all types of German Hormman doors
such as steel and wooden, industrial, hospital doors, and fire rated doors.
 Other companies: Ditec, Aluflam, IMER Group, and grothaus pendeturen.

1.2. Training Outline?

Logistics: is the art and sciences of producing, distributing, and obtaining products in
proper place and in proper quantity. Through logistics we can plan, control, and
manage the supply chain in forward and reverse flow and storage of goods and
define communication and information between the point of origin and
consumption.

Logistics seven R's:

Getting the Right product, in the Right quantity, in the Right condition, at the Right
time, at the Right place, to the Right customer, and at the Right price.

Logisitics controls the transportation, warehousing, and the reverse logistics which is
return, recycle, reuse, and dispose of products. It goes from the customer to the
supplier. Logistic should balance the cost with the customer's service. Main goal is to
achieve the customer's satisfaction at the lowest cost.
