Narrative The above listed subject was issued four Uniform Traffic Tickets for the above
listed charges after patrol observed a vehicle traveling with an expired
registration, expiring 6/18/18. During the stop, a DMV check revealed the listed
subject holds a suspended NYS drivers license. Patrols detected the odor of
consumed alcohol coming from the listed subject. Hunter was asked to complete a
series of roadside sobriety tests, which she failed. Hunter was transported back to
Potsdam Police Department for processing. A breathalyzer test revealed Hunter’s
BAC to be .15%.
