Week 3: 29TH April 2018 to 5TH May 2018

WORK COMPLETED:
 Cross checked Kastle balances of Loan outstanding position report, Loan interest
accrual report, Loan interest expense report, Issuance outstanding principal report,
Issuance interest accrual report, Issuance interest expense report and Trial Balance and
compared it with their respective Oracle balance for the following dates as and when
the system got updated.
1. 24th April 2018
2. 29th April 2018
3. 30st April 2018
4. 2nd May 2018
 Calculated the annual listing fees of BSE (chargeable per ISIN) for the privately placed
debt securities and cross-checked with the annual listing price that BSE is charging
SEFL.
LEARNINGS:

 Identified mismatch (if any) between the balances of the reports from Kastle and Oracle.
Once identified, checked previous working to see if there was any difference from before
and checked if the difference further increased. Mentioned the reason against the
difference (with the help of my mentor here.) and informed my senior about the same.
 Learned about different rates that RBI charges as listing fees. Listing fees is classified
under four heads namely:
1. Annual/Further Listing Fees – Equity Segment.
2. Fees for privately placed debt securities.
3. Fees for SME Segment.
4. Fees for Mutual Fund Segment.

Fees for privately placed debt securities is chargeable as follows:

Issue size upto Rs.5 Crs. Rs.2,500

Above Rs. 10 Crs. and upto Rs. 20 Crs Rs.7,500

Above Rs. 20. Crs. Additional fee of Rs. 200 for every increase of
Rs. 1 Cr or part thereof above Rs. 20 Crs.
Subject to a maximum of Rs. 30,000 per
instrument.

Cap on the annual listing fee of debt instruments per issuer is Rs. 5,00,000 per annum.
