AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL

I, MARICEL MARAMBA TERSOL, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident

of 122 Longos Parac Parac, San Fabian, Pangasinan, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the owner of C&T Gas Enterprise;

2. That C&T Gas Enterprise business operates at #122 Longos Parac Parac, San Fabian,

Pangasinan;
3. That the owner of the said business address is Mr. Francisco Tersol, deceased and the

father of my husband Mr. Edwin B. Tersol;

4. That I am allowed by my husband to use the above-mentioned property for my business

without compensation. In view of this, I am under no obligation to pay any rental fee for

the use of the said property for business purposes;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing facts and for

whatever legal purpose it may serve.
