AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY
That I, MARY ANNE P. CARREON, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
and with postal address at 24-18 Maria Victoria Essel Park, Telabastagan, City of San
Fernando, Pampanga, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and state, to wit:

1. That ANNA S. VIRAY, EDWARD S. VIRAY and I are the registered owners
of a certain parcel of land, known as Lot No. 63 situated in Barrio of
Culatingan, Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Tarlac, containing an
area of TWENTY THOUSAND SIX (20,006) SQUARE METERS, more or
less, and embraced under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 043-2017013942;
Lot No. 62 situated in Barrio of Culatingan, Municipality of Concepcion,
Province of Tarlac, containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT (13,778) SQUARE METERS, more or less,
and embraced under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 043-2018000176; Lot
No. 64 situated in Barrio of Culatingan, Municipality of Concepcion,
Province of Tarlac, containing an area of ELEVEN THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED FORTY TWO (11,142) SQUARE METERS, more or less, and
embraced under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 043-2018000177; Lot No.
69 situated in Barrio of Culatingan, Municipality of Concepcion, Province of
Tarlac, containing an area of SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX (73,686) SQUARE METERS, more or less, and
embraced under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 043-2017013940 and Lot
No. 66 situated in Barrio of Culatingan, Municipality of Concepcion,
Province of Tarlac, containing an area of THIRTY TWO THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN (32,447) SQUARE METERS, more or less, and
embraced under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 043-2017013941 of the
Registry of Deeds, Province of Tarlac;

2. That the above described parcels of land is an agricultural land, although it

is an agricultural land, it is personally cultivated by herein affiant hence, it
is not tenanted;

3. That I am executing this affidavit for the sole exclusive purpose of attesting
to the truth of the facts first afore-mentioned.
