Greetings of peace!

In reference to memorandum dated February 12, 2018 the incoming synchronized SSG election is scheduled on February
17- March 5, 2018. It is the aim of this election to welcome new set of officers that will represent the studentry and have
the opportunity to exercise their rights and obligations by participating in the election process.

Hence, we would like to recommend the composition of SSG-Comelec to be the prime movers during the conduct of the
said election. This is in reference to the constitution and by-laws of the SSG as expressly stated in the Article XIV which
emphasizes the indispensable function of Commission on Election (SSG-COMELEC) in conducting elections.

The composition for the COMELEC is as follows for your approval:

MEMBER-SHS : SONNY MARK L. CABANG

In response to the invitation of Isabela Electric Cooperative (ISELCO) regarding Consumer Education intended for
Grade 11 students on January 19, 2018 at 9:00 am to be held at Baligatan Covered Court, Barangay Baligatan, City of
Ilagan, Isabela, we, in the SSG would like to ask permission from your office to allow us to conduct the said activity.
In addition to this, may we be allowed to invite different clubs and organizations to attend on the said activity for us to give
updates for the incoming SSG election and other matters concerning the different clubs.
