That I, CELSO T. DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino, widower, and a

resident of Rumang-ay, Echague, Isabela, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say

1. That I personally know AGRIPINA CACULITAN, who is the mother of

Arthur and Ben Caculitan:

2. That AGRIPINA CACULITAN was in possession of a lot in Rumang-ay,

Echague, Isabela which is adjacent to my cornland since 1963;

3. That AGRIPINA CACULITAN transferred her possession over said

land to Ben Caculitan and Arthur Caculitan when the latter were already able to
work until the time when Grace Ching-sai fenced it in 2005;

4. That I saw the fence of Grace Ching-sai when it was still being erected
and I know that it was not destroyed by Ben Caculitan and Arthur Caculitan;
