AFFIDAVIT
I, SARAH JANE ONG SEGUNDO, of legal age, Filipino citizen,
married and residing at Brgy. Tuao North, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That I know personally RONALD BAGAYAN and CRISTIN

TUBANAN as they are Disc Jokey of Spirit FM, DWRV, and
they are also my friends;

2. That sometime second week of June, 2017, Ronald Bagayan,

Cristin Tabunan, Wilma Baliton, DJ Coco and the driver of the
station came to my store purposely to solicit biking/cycling
clothes as prizes for the “FUN BIKE” which was organized by
DWRV for their founding anniversary;

3. I was amazed that days after I gave a donation, an advertisement

about my store was made by Ronald Bagayan, a.k.a DJ Bong and
Cristin Tabunan a.k.a DJ Frankie. I learned that it was a repay for
the donation I gave;

4. When I learned that my brother-in-law Alex “Bong” Ariola was

hired by certain Remedios Tomas, to drive her all the way to
DWRV station to claim her prize, I instructed Bong, to give One
Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) to DJ Markie and DJ Bong as
“Pangmerienda”. I voluntarily gave it. THEY NEVER
DEMANDED, REQUESTED, SOLICITED NOR ACCEPTED
MONEY OR ANY KIND FROM ME. That the money I gave
was not given by reason of their job as Disc Jockey, but because
they were my friends;

5. In fact, when DJ Bong learned that I gave something for them, he

immediately called me and told me that he cannot accept it as it
was prohibited by their management. On the same day, at 7:00
o‘clock in the evening, he went to my residence and returned the
money to me. He explained to that he cannot accept it because
they might interpret it as a bribe. I told him that it was just a
simple gift as my way of saying thank you for the good job and
for the friendship. However, he maintained his contentions and
refused to accept it;

6. That I apologize to DJ Bong and DJ Frankie for whatever

inconvenience they suffered and still suffering as a result of my
actions. I also humbly apologizes to the personnel of the DWRV
 Station, for I was not aware that there was a rule prohibiting the
staffs to accept any gift though it was given in their private
capacity not by reason of their office;

7. The accusations against Ronald Bagayan, and Cristin Tabunan,

are groundless. The truth and in fact, is that they never accepted,
demanded nor requested any amount or gifts by reason of their
jobs;

8. That I attest to the foregoing allegations.
