 Step Description
Login in IBP Excel add-in
Open an existing report from the Favorites or the Templates menu

Click on the chart icon under the SAP logo in the top-left corner of the report

Verify that the data is being properly reflected in the chart as is shown in the spreadsheet
view below

With the chart view open, click on any of the key figures in the report below then click on
the '+' symbol at the top of the report next to the 'Series' field

Verify that the data is being properly reflected in the chart as is shown in the spreadsheet

Click on any of the key figures in the Series field and click on the 'X' symbol next to the
'Series' field

Verify that the selected key figure has been removed from the chart

With the chart view open, click on any of the Planning Level attributes in the report below
then click on the '+' symbol at the top of the report next to the 'Filter field

Verify that the data is being properly reflected in the chart as is shown in the spreadsheet
view below
Click on any of the key figures in the Series field and click on the 'X' symbol next to the
'Filter' field

Verify that the selected Planning Level attribute has been removed from the chart

The user should be able to login to the Excel UI
The selected existing report should properly open

Once the icon has been clicked, the view of the report
should change and the data should be shown in a
graphical view as well as the standard spreadsheet view

The chart should be an exact representation of the

numerical data

Once the user chooses a key figure then click '+' the data
of the selected key figure should be added to the chart
view

The chart should only show the remaining key figures
under the 'Series' field

data of the selected planning level should be added to
the chart view
