Emily Hanna, AICP - Is the Development Services Manager at the City of
Casselberry and the 1st Vice President of OMS. Emily wears many hats work-
ing at the City, including development review, code writing, economic develop-
ment, neighborhood planning, strategic planning and long range planning. Emi-
ly was instrumental in writing the City’s two medical marijuana ordinances, one
before SB 8A and one after.
