1. I submit that I am the respondent herein and petitioner


H.M.OP.NO.867/2016.I well known the facts of the case. I further
states that I totally deny all the allegation and averment made in this
restitution of conjugal rights petition expect those that ae specifically
admitted by the respondent herein.And moreover the above petition is
barred limitation act against the respondent. Hence it is dismissed in
lumini. I state that I had reserved my right to file an additional counter
before this hon’ble court. I states the petition against me.
2. I Submit that it is true that the marriage was arranged and the said
marriage was solemnized on 1.2.2013 held at “SRI ARUL MURUGAN
THIRUMANA MANDAPAM “ situated at campus Road Junction 100 feet
road selaiyur, Chennai 6000073.
3. I further states that the petitioner stating that the petitioner was given
20 Sovereigns of gold from her maternal house it is utterly false. The
petitioner has bought gold ornaments from her parents was seems to
be covering one not original gold ornaments. I further states that not
interested in knowing the nature of the ornaments however it was
disappointed for me to know the veracity of the ornaments.
4. I further states that the respondent conveyed the petitioner that
opportunity has come to her for job in insurance company and further
respondent said that her job wiil help the family for better future. The
petitioner has permitted the respondent to go for job as told by her. It
further states that in few days of her employment the petitioner came
to known that respondent came in late night with reason saying that
the office work were heavy therefore respondent was constrained to
come at late night.
5. I further states that petitioner in slight abundant caution verified with
respondent office and he came to known that respondent was lying to
petitioner. In further verification the petitioner came to known the
respondent is having illegal affair with one Manish co-employee of the
company. The petitioner was very much upset over the unscrupulous
activities and warned respondent to restrain to do such act also asked
respondent resign from the job.
6. I further states that respondent apolized for her ill-act and also
requested to petitioner to withdraw from the demand of resignation
assuring respondent will not involve in above acts in future. The
petitioner was in fond hope that respondent will not involve or
indulged in any immoral activity therefore has withdrawn his demand.
The respondent continue to go to her office since then.
