GENERAL

Manufacturer shall have ISO 9001 certification for the design, manufacturing and distribution
of the goods included within the scope of the supply.

The Supplier shall furnish a detailed Inspection Testing Program (ITP) of main equipment and
components, together with applicable manufacturing and testing quality procedures.

 Project specifications.
 EN ISO 10204.
 ASTM material specifications.
 ASME IX / EN ISO 15614 / EN ISO 15609 / EN ISO 9606.
 ASME V / EN ISO 9712 / SNT-TC-1ª
 EN 61034 / IEEE / IEC
 EN 12944 / EN ISO 1461
 Other applicable and relevant renowned standards.

INSPECTION

Relevant and applicable inspection requirements shall be transferred into a detailed ITP. The
supplier must indicate the procedures and testing programs that will be carried out to ensure
that the qualities of materials and equipment components are fully in accordance with this
specification

The inspections must be in accordance with the standard procedures of the Supplier, which
shall be in accordance with relevant international standards and whose description must be
provided in the offer.

All materials and work will be available for inspection by the Client's representative, or state
inspectors, local inspectors or insurance inspectors required by the authorities. In addition to
any required Code inspection, all fabrication, materials, and packaging shall be subject to
inspection by the Client at all stages of fabrication and shall conform to the specifications.

The Supplier shall notify the inspections sufficiently in advance and as per Client instructions.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

 Material certificates EN 10204 – 3.1 and traceability list shall be supplied for main
components.
 Every welding shall be supported by the corresponding WPS, PQR and WPQ. A welding
map shall be issued, too.
 Non Destructive Examination shall be performed as per relevant standards and shall be
performed by qualified personnel (at least level 2/II as per EN ISO 9712/ SNT-TC-1A). A
NDT map shall be used, too.
 Pressure parts of equipment and components susceptible to leak shall be
hydrostatically tested.
 Surface treatment shall be such that the goods are compatible with the atmospheric
conditions, with the media and/or with the chemicals to be dosed at the maximum
concentration, if any.

DOCUMENTATION

The following documents shall be submitted for approval prior to the beginning of the
manufacturing process:

 Inspection Test Plan


 Welding Procedures (WPS, PQR, WPQ)
 NDT Procedure
 Test Procedures
 Painting Procedure / Surface Protection Procedure
 Other procedures or method statements

According to the ITP requirements, the corresponding certificates, reports, declarations, etc.
shall be submitted. This list includes but is not limited to the following documents:

 Material test reports.


 Traceability list.
 Motor test reports (routine and type tests).
 Hydrostatic test reports. Leakage test reports.
 Performance test reports.
 Welding dossier (WPS, PQR, WPQ, welding map, welding list).
 NDT reports.
 NDT Personnel qualifications.
 Surface treatment / Painting / Lining reports.
 Calibration of the measurement instruments used during inspections/tests.
 Compliance certificate / Declaration of conformity.
 Other certificates and/or reports.

Any other document not mentioned among the previous list of this specification shall be
defined by the Vendor and included in the document list.

The Final Quality Dossier shall be submitted at the end of the manufacturing process. It will be
compiled as per the Contractor instructions and using the established templates and formats.
