Modern method of teaching lectures and seminar activities

The concept of pedagogical design. Pedagogical design functions:


anticipation, guidance, organization, control, self-control, decision and
innovation.

Design of teaching is determined to improve efficiency and quality training


requirement. Any activity must be efficient and is more effective if it is better
designed. Design of teaching is a set of processes and anticipation of its operations. I
ensure a systematic and rational manner.

- Fixing mental deliberative process steps to be traveled in realization of instruction


and education;

- An approach anticipation goals contents, methods and means of learning,


assessment tools and the relationships established between these elements.

In carrying out the activities of educational leadership, teacher put more functions:

- Orientation and planning of educational activities:

• begins with the study of human resources, materials, school curricula and
educational resources;

• Outlining the objectives and contents;

• choose then teaching strategies, methods, means learning forms of work with
students and assessment tools.

- Designing and conducting lessons methodical consistent with the objectives;

- Directing the teaching-learning process:

• direct routing of teaching is obtained using expository and interrogative methods of


communication;

• indirect routing involves using partial interrogative methods and widespread, active-
participative methods (heuristic);
• routing heuristics develop creativity in students and help them rediscover new truths
through personal effort of thinking.

- Regulation of learning based on feedback:

• Feed-back has control function, regulation and self-regulation;

• teacher can adjust on the fly teaching and learning; microdecisions teacher can
take in order to optimize the teaching-learning process extending to a redesign of the
training.

- Control and assessment of student learning activities:

• methods of control and evaluation.

- Optimization, improvement and innovation of teaching, learning and assessment;

Educational Requirements:
-design concerns all of educational activity, regardless of its magnitude, of the

-design should be a continuous activity, which precedes permanent instructional and
educational approach, it needs to adopt decisions and to establish an algorithm

-design actions imply three frames of reference:

a) Previous work when it's anticipated to some extent a

Content and structure design teaching activity
