It is of concern to me that as I understand it many constitutional law professors who
10 lecture at US universities somehow seems to fail to understand that DUE PROCESS as to
deporting aliens who unlawfully entered the United States of America is not applicable.
The US constitution was designed for Americans and not for Aliens!
The fact that aliens may desire to benefit from the US constitution must be within the realm of
this constitution and not just Cherry pick that lawyers may deem suitable so they can earn a fast
15 buck out of this, regardless as by this to undermine the provisions of the constitution they are to
uphold. In my view any lawyer/judicial officer who undermines the right of a government to
expel/refuse entry to an alien may be considered a traitor to the people to which the constitution
belongs.
Lawyers, being it constitutional law professors and/or judges who fail to understand this I view
20 have no placed in being a lawyer and ought to be stripped of their legal qualification as in the
process they are abusing/misusing the legal processes undermining by this the health and
wellbeing of Americans as well as causing court times to be wasted that might be needed for
honourable citizens.
As the Privy Council made very clear in Ah Toy's case.
