It makes me extremely happy to share that we have made an Achievement of 103.97% YTD May 2018.
Each and every activity provided by our organization on timely basis helped us to climb the ladder of
104% very conveniently.
It could be possible by following basic norms,New Products like Opsion HA Amplinak have played a
major role in this journey. In the beginning of Year we had decided that New Products will be a strong
factors to give us victory over our last Year’s Performance
My Team have increased focus on Glaucoma portfolio - Lumigan Ganfort and Combigan all 3 are above
Sameer Thakkar 100 %. Using of Provision made all 4 Team members improve on monthly basis.
EC: ASM – Raipur We had initiated a local campaign of “1 Dr All 3 Products” in conglomerization with outreach campaign
Ach: 104.0% in which we have converted 3 Drs till date to be good prescribers of all 3 products.
In last 5 months we have created new and even regained the lost Prescribers. As a Team we have
improved relationship with our Drs with the help of Cloud Meeting/Opsion HA skype Meeting.
I personally believe all 6 Members will achieve 100% and always be a part of ATC every year. We as a
Team would have many more successful milestones to capture.

Recently I was wondering what could be the reason for the phenomenal changes has happened in one
day cricket impacting 300 a par score when 20 years back it was a by far a winning score . The bat never
became bigger , grounds never became smaller , batsmen neither has become of the size of wrestler .
As I keep thinking realized one the most phenomenal changes could be introduction of ‘Power Play ‘ in
2016 world cup after which where batsmen keep simply scoring .
For us 2018 is a year of power play!!
Where all 3 HQ Kolkata North , Kolkata East , Siliguri all are scoring heavily & above 100% .
We could hardly remember when Subhrodeep , Prasanta , Manojit Suman , Avijit , Koushik have missed
their quarter target & all of you are following the same trend with all expected to end H1 above 105%.
Abhishek Dutta Abhijit & Sourav are equal to task in 2018 & are part of one of the best year for Siliguri .

Success Stories

I am glad to share my experience so far in the year 2018. I would like to mention that with the huge
expansion we have done in the team of Facial Aesthetics India in the month of November 2017, we have
also decided to have an aggressive growth of 55% for ourselves to be a growth powerhouse among the
global Allergan. I would like to share that it was a great journey so far and I can also share that we have
able to develop a great team of winners and also been able to align them with a common goal of
achieving 100 budget with 100% people in the year 2018. I have been able to surpass my budget so far in
the last five months with the proper implementation of all the strategies by all the team members like
execution of Small Group Trainings (training of 10 HCP’s in a quarter), KOL engagement in the activities
Varun Kapoor like Making the Masters, Cadaver Anatomy Workshops and the launch of Volbella and Volift. So
FA: ASM – Delhi basically, having the engagement plan for each and every customer of our list in one or the other
Ach: 100.0% activities. Also, managing the business of bigger contributing accounts like Derma world skin clinic,
Apollo Hospital and Vibes. I would like to thanks all my team members for their great contribution to
this performance.

First of all I am really very happy that organisation gives me an opportunity to sharing my success
stories but it is really very difficult for providing reason for success rather given many reason for failure.
First of all I am thankful that I have a team which makes the difference month after month and year
after year. Because I already communicate them “success is yours, and failure is mine” so all my team
member never fear for their failure and become successful.
In this journey I made a clear vision to all my team member

2 Each team member should earn minimum incentive earning 2.5 lacs annually.

It is a very challenging year for all of us, And all of us knows that our Mission is 100 Million and we are
all in right track. Some extra attention required to maintain the same pace.
My team mantra of success is strict adherence to our process, religiously follow of SFE and work as per
PST parameters, maintaining high standard of customer relationship and perfectly execution of
strategies framed. I am really lucky to have a team of 9 experienced professional and I am pretty
confident, this year we will rock again.

I have been associated with Allergan since past 5years and the journey has been wonder full since the
time of my joining. I started my pharma career with Wockhardt Pvt Ltd and then moved to Cipla. After
spending one year each in these organizations, I got the opportunity to be associated with Allergan,
where I found stability in my professional life.
The story of my success started from the first month of joining in eye care business of Allergan itself, as I
have been awarded with "all rounder award" in the training. After completing first year itself I got
eligible for "Elite club" from then there is no looking back and I have qualified ATC every year. In 2017 I
decided to move to FA business, which was a challenge for me in terms of many aspects (Be it new
Nimma Devi business model, new market as I have been working in institution business, individual targets, totally
FA: Guragon 1 knowledge driven business or coming out of my comfort zone as everything was settled in eye care in
Ach: 148.4% terms of doctors, business and territory). Initial six months were challenge for me in FA in terms of
understanding the business and working in trade but I worked vigorously on whatever parameters I was
lacking like knowledge, business understanding and trade accounts dealing. Today I am at stage where I
have a command on all of my accounts, i have given annual target to important doctors and drive
business.
In first ATC attended, Mr Shridhar has shared that "if you achieve for more than three times, you
become habitual of achieving success" I think same thing has happened with me, I have become
habitual of it and want to achieve at all times. To be on the top needs a proper planning and focus on
the accounts and proper utilization of available resources is must. In our business, Doctor training,
patient education events, marketing strategies and staff training programs are important resources. To
achieve this success, I have utilized these resources in a focused manner depending upon the need of
the account or doctor. This year 30 doctors are trained through small group trainings organized my me
and they are in growing mode, 8 patients education events are conducted by me which are the major
growth drivers for my business.
To maintain this position till December I have selected two major accounts which will be my ' Crorepati"
accounts till December, One major account is in Gurgaon based and other is Nepal. For both of them
training sessions, special workshops and patient education events are planned in a systematic manner
so that for the whole year they will engaged with Allergan. In Nepal, till may I have conducted 6 patient
education events for the existing accounts and training session for 15 new doctors and this will continue
for next half of the year so that I can stay at the top position. Apart from these major accounts, I have
given full year business plan to seven important doctors in Gurgaon and Faridabad and what is
motivating is that they are working on the plan with great energy which ultimately is leading to
business.

I would like to share my experience with my Key Account Kosmoderma-Bangalore.
With the back to back SGT,STP every doctor has started doing fillers and Botox regularly.
We have finished almost all 3 module in kosmoderma for all major centre.
Every Dr has done independent procedure month on month basis. Which has increase the consumption
of our Fillers range and Botox.
With this continuous effort Drs has sifted 90% to Juvederm range.
I want to make this account 1crore in 2018.so I can proudly say this is my contribution for 100 Million.

achieve 104.8% YTD May and all new products and focused products above 100% and I am confident
that in future also I will continue such strong performance of mine and my team which will definitely
contribute in achieving 100million plus.

As said above I would like to quote something as a team that we had decided to achieve 2200 units of
Zymaxid within Dec 2018 from the secondary of 945 units in Jan 2018. Now we are on the track and
achieved closed to 1500 units as on May 2018. Soon we will surpass 2200 units.
As an individual I focused more on identifying the customer's need and utilized all the available
resources which helped me to end up with new business. This motivates me to achieve more to the
stepping stone of 100 million dollar.

It would be my great pleasure that as a part of Rajkot Team my YTD is 106% and i am getting more
confident day by day to reach it by 110% at the end of current year.It would be my first Achievement
and excited to see our team and myself into ATC 2019. since i have joined Allergan (1.5 Years)

behavior towards each n every customers.

My journey started from 8th November 2017 the day I joined this organisation . After completing my
training I came to my territory and I realise the market potential . How eagerly few doctors waiting for
someone from Allergan to meet them . We in facial aesthetics work as dream merchants and this
THOUGHT I started meeting doctors and left no one who will or who can at least understand this
concept .For this to work a I knew strong relationship building is required as this will create a path to
make this work fast in territory where still people are not that aware .
As happens with everybody we meet people with different personality traits and mindsets . There are
Puneet Choudhary few Doctor’s who were very open to the idea and a large group who still satisfied with the work they

for this dream to work on . I started meeting doctors and show them this journey as how in Rajasthan
market they can build their name and can make a strong hold when it comes to Botox and Fillers.
I started the steps require to build this dream …following are the steps I took .
1. 11 SGT’S covering 40 doctors .
2. 20 staff training programmed
3. 30 doctors becoming new injectors
This way I deliver the confidence and till now in a span of 5 months did around 80 clinical facilitations
which imparted that confidence in doctors to start converting clients and making their skill upgraded .
Still a long road ahead , still many doctors to start , many untapped cities to cover I will work with same
enthusiasm as what I get this from Mr. Varun Kapoor .
In this journey my manager Mr. Varun Kapoor helped me a lot with his experience and the passion I seek
from him towards strategizing tasks . We as team working with this motivation already are above 100% .
We are confident to show this consistency wherein our efforts will only going to increase and make help
others to achieve in their dreams as we will ours .
Sharing my vision towards 100 million , for me it’s my consistent work and going that extra mile which
will make my contribution towards achieving this mark . We as a team also aspire to achieve and deliver
our consistent value addition to fulfil it.

This time I going to share some different motivational factors of my year after years successes.
1. Team Collaboration:- It always play a important role of my achievement. We always work as a team
and get lots of advantages when challenges come across, we defeat as team. This achievement is
not possible without trust & support of my team.
2. 2.Positive Mindset:-As I have been achieving for last 8 yrs from the same territory so obviously I
have huge base but despite that I always believe to discuss of opportunity of territory with my
fellow colleagues, superiors or managers because when I did 10 lac it was 20% market share so 80
%MS were untapped ,now I am doing 18 lac it is 23%MS so still 77% market potentiality is open.
3. Recognitions, Rewards & Appreciations:-This is my main motivational factor of my achievement. It's
Subrata Ghosh include every thing right from quarterly incentive, annual incentive, consistency incentive

Ach: 111.4% rating/grade promotion. It motivated me to do some additional work/involvement to achieve 105%
above and earned excellent APR rating rather doing 100% & loose all. It motivated me to take some
extra pain to complete the year with 10 collage,90% coverage,95% frequency & 90% knowledge
score to secure outstanding APR rating than missed it.
When we all as Allerganites vision for $100 million in 2018, it's important for me how I can add some
extra value to my budget so that we both ,team & I individually get benefited/rewarded out of that,
otherwise it'll be meaningless.
I strongly believe that after working in Allergan two thing embed in mind 1.Ability to overcome
challenges 2.Abide by the compliance.

Recalling my 4.5 years in Allergan, I had always given surplus against any given objectives to me in all the
quantitative and qualitative evaluations. My basics for the success are:
1. I strongly focus on the KOLs, during my carrier here in Allergan I am able to make parallel
relationships with almost all customers.
2. I mostly use the resources like MIS, scientific tools. I basically work following the science
behind any products, In all the visit I prefer to differentiate Allergan brands with any other competitors .
3. I am very much calculative for any given objectives, whether it is an incentives or any
recognition for any campaign.
4. I always prefer to follow the strategy of organization and guidance & path shown by my
Bimal Bhandari manager Mr Sanam Shrestha as he is one of the helping hand to overcome the objectives of Team
EC: NO-Katmandu Nepal. As Nepal team is always giving an extraordinary performance, this well recognized team is
Ach: 136.9% strongly bonded for bold performance this year.
5. This year I am working with strong focus on promoted (Incentives) brands only. I will be over
125% on all the incentives brands by H2 hence maximizing my earnings. My net achievement for May
YTD is 2.44 Crore with achievements on major brands, Alphagan P 168%, Refresh Tears 154%, Optive
153% and Lumigan 144%.
6. As I am One potent candidate for "1 in a 100 million" journey. I will be very much happy to
create a history by contributing beyond any limitations ethically.
