AFFIDAVIT OF GUARDIANSHIP

5. I give my sisters full parental authority over my child while I am abroad and they
may do whatever is necessary for the welfare of my children;

6. I likewise give my sisters the authority to allow my husband to visit and take my
child for a vacation during weekends;

7. I am executing this affidavit of guardianship in order to attest to the truthfulness

of the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose it may serve best.
