1. Already 7 center de-accredited if we pay the amount they will arrange re-inspection if delay we are not get target this

2. We are upload the placement data in more than 800 but we are not given on time payment unable to update the
document.

3. we got state target but tc not ready to work with us. They ask first payment.

4. Some TC plan to change TP also.

5. Most of tc not like work with us.

6. Each and every work i am unable to do on time that why our center de-accredited.

7. Tc attend a phone call from assessment agency forward my number to them for confirmation and ask payment after
that do assessment. Around 5 batches pending assessment.

8. we got state target from state component from TNSDC. Due to payment they not ready to do target for due to payment
issue. And State government ready to give more target to us but tc not ready to work with us.

10. We need to weekly update the photo in smart nsdc app. But tc not ready to process.

“Important Notice- Compliance with SMART continuous monitoring app” NSDC has developed an app, called the SMART NSDC Training Center
App (which is available in the Google Play store) for Continuous monitoring of the training center in accordance with the Guidelines for
Accreditation, affiliation and continuous monitoring . All Training partners are requested to download the app and by submitting all the pictures
asked from a TC, on a weekly basis report according to the push notification on the App. Non-compliance with the same may lead to revocation
of accreditation certificates, stopping of financial disbursements of the training centers.”

11. Trainer discontinue due to non salary.

Trainer discontinue due to non salary, so we need to change trainer in smart portal with tot certificate. If not changing we facing issue in
assessment time and target time.

12. Placement:
Addendum to Placement Guidelines (PMKVY 2016 – 2020) w.r.t periodicity, process and type of documents to be uploaded for

eligibility of 3rdTranche

As per the Placement Guidelines of PMKVY 2016-2020, the following conditions are mandated to be met for a candidate to be
considered as placed:
1. Candidate should be certified and placed within 90 days of certification.
2. Candidates should be in continuous employment for a period of 3 continuous months
3. Out of total candidates placed 50% are required to be placed in wage employment
4. Candidates should be placed, equal to or above the statewise minimum wages as defined in the annual report of Ministry
of labour & Employment. (Only applicable for candidates placed in wage employment)
