Responsibilities:
We are looking for a customer-focused and dynamic individual who will be a key part of the sales team as the
technical reference authority for InfoVista® APO solution for enterprises (Application Performance
Orchestration) and to become the technical resource for general information, solution design, proof of
concepts or pilots and operational support of InfoVista products & solutions.
Duties:
Evangelize the InfoVista® APO solution to enterprise customers in conjunction with the country
(regional) Sales responsible, with focus on the technical aspects of the Solution
Successfully run pilot and make demo to prospects and customers in coordination with Product
Management and Development and in line with the Bid Strategy
Develop and formalize a broad awareness of Customers’ technical architecture.
Stay on top of trends and develop his expertise on technologies, applications impacted by our
solutions to interact with customers as their trusted adviser.
Communicate business and technical information adjusted to widely varied audience as a
representative of Ipanema and its strategy
Build excellent interpersonal relationship with customers, partners and Ipanema personnel
Formalize and provide feedback from the market to Product Management and Development and
Customer support regarding products and services including coordinating gaps between offer and
market demands
Work with Product Management and Marketing to develop and deliver training for Partners on
business problems, solutions and messages
Be the design authority of InfoVista solutions for both CSP, enterprise customers and partners
Manage bids, responses to RFP/Q/Is, consulting with the customers, demonstrations, solution
development and design, proof of concept and pilots (technical and business value), cost modelling,
roll-out planning and workshops, success metrics and technical account management
Travels within Italy for customer meetings needs to be considered. Meetings in Europe can also be
required occasionally.

Work Experience & Skills required:
5-10 years IT industry technical experience working with partners, CSP or enterprise customers
Customer centric with ability to develop a solution matching business goals and technical constraints
Trusted advisor communication & presentation skills suitable up to C-suite level audience
Sales attitude and mind set
Proven ability to act as part of a team or with autonomy as required, to appreciate the broad picture
and prioritize to meet targets within cost and time constraints
Ability to participate and influence technical discussions in favor of InfoVista
Ability to position Infovista technical features within the customer IT objectives
Result driven participation in the Sales process
Self-motivated confident, organized and prepared
General knowledge on ICT topics (IP, TCP/UDP protocol, client-server technology, Fat – Thin client, …)
WAN (MPLS, Internet VPN) and Lan (routing, switching) expertise
IT Technical experience including Business application knowledge (SAP, Oracle, CRM, Exchange, LYNC,
Sharepoint, O365, Citrix, VMWare, VOIP, …)
SDWAN
Hybrid WAN
Application performance management
Security
Unified Communication
Cisco CCNA or CCNP grade
