AFFIDAVIT OF MARRIAGE

We, RANDY L. FLORES and VICTORIA N. FLORES, of legal

age, Filipino, and presently residing at Block 6-A Lot 13, Kingstown 1
Subdivision, Bagumbong, Caloocan City, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state:

1. Sometime in 1999 we started dating and eventually we

became sweethearts.

2. That on May 18, 2004, we got married and started living as

husband and wife.

3. That our union was blessed with two (2) children namely:
Louise Marcelo N. Flores and Louise Angel N. Flores.

4. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest the truthfulness

of all the allegations stated above.
