In line with our material submittal for the proposed anti-static vinyl tiles with document no. PWTP2-QA-
HD-CON-0089 as alternative to the previously approved material. This new material is proposed for there
are no available stocks according to the supplier. You may refer to the attached letter sent to us by the
supplier of previously approved material.
