Product Description Chemplastocrete - 110 is a concrete admixture in liquid form
that acts both as an efficient plasticizer and waterproofing agent.

Application Details
_______________________________________________________________________________
Dosage 0.3 - 0.5% by weight of cement. It is advisable to carry out trial
mixes to establish the exact dosage rate required.

Dispensing Chemplastocrete - 110 should be dispensed into the mixing
water, prior to its addition to the concrete.

Concrete Placing The standard rules of good concreting practice (production as
well as placing) must also be observed when using
Chemplastocrete – 110 concrete.

Curing Fresh concrete must be cured properly, especially at high
temperatures in order to prevent plastic and drying shrinkage.

Compatibility Chemplastocrete - 110 can be combined with other ICPL
admixtures. It is also compatible with OPC, sulphate resistant
cement and additives like slag, Silica Fume, Fly Ash.

Safety

Precautions Accidental splashes to the skin must be washed off with
water and soap. Accidental splashes to the eyes must be rinsed
with clean warm water.
