AFFIDAVIT

I, ROGELIO CALLANGAN, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and

a resident of Perpetual Village, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state
that:

1. I am the father of Cheny B. Callangan;

2. My daughter Cheny introduced to me Mark Alwin Marzan as

her boyfriend sometime in 2009;

3. That we heartedly accepted Mark Alwin as part of our family;

4. Cheny got pregnant sometime in March 2010;

5. There was no marriage transpired between Cheny and Mark

Alwin;

6. During the period of her pregnancy, Cheny and Mark Alwin

stayed in our house and sometimes they also stayed in the
house of Mark Alwin;

7. I have come to know that Mark Alwin physically abused my

daughter Cheny on _____________;

8. My daughter Cheny gave birth and she named her son Ashny
Venge Callangan on November 20, 2010;

9. The mother of Mark Alwin is the one who acknowledged

Ashny Venge as the biological son of Mark Alwin;

10. That our family shouldered all the expenses for my daughter’s
delivery and for rearing Ashny Venge;

11. Mark Alwin never visited his son Ashny Venge or cared to
greet him on his Birthdays;

12. Neither did he stood as a father for Ashny Venge nor

supported her son Ashny Venge;

 13. My grandson Ashny Venge is using Callangan as her family
name;

14. I am further executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of

the foregoing and for whatever legal purposes and intents it
may serve.

Affiant further sayeth naught.
