The purpose of this table is to find useful, content related sources applicable to the subject area I
am teaching. I plan on doing a Civil War unit next year and I kept that in mind when looking for
resources. Most of these websites pertain to American history and provide materials and lessons
based from those materials. I also incorporated 2 assistive technology resources to help me better
serve the needs of my diverse students.
I found that using the Google bookmarking tool was very beneficial. It allowed me to quickly
and conveniently create a list of sites I found useful. It also allows me to organize those sites any
way I choose, which is very convenient when trying to recover them in the future.
