MOST RESPECTFULLY SUBMITS THAT:

1. The Complainant has filed Consumer Complaint No. 111/2015 against

the Opposite Party on 02.02.2015.

2. This Learned Forum was pleased to pass an order dated 10.02.2017

directing the Opposite Party to pay Rs. 12,00,000/- to the Complainant
along with 9% interest from 24.03.2014 till its realization. Further, the
Learned Forum has directed the Opposite Party to pay additional amount
of Rs. 3,000/- for mental agony and Rs. 2,000/- as litigation cost to the
Complainant. As per direction of the Learned Forum, the Opposite Party
has calculated Rs. 15,29,592.00 to be payable to the Complainant.

3. Therefore, the Opposite Party has issued compliance cheque bearing no.
034435 of an amount of Rs.15,29,592.00 (Fifteen Lakh Twenty Nine
Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Two) issued dated 05.04.2014 in favor of
Vidhyaben Sureshbhai Vagri herein the Complainant as per the
direction of Learned Forum.

4. The Opposite Party on paying the said amount through cheque bearing
no. 034435 discharges all its liability arising from policy bearing no.

10356388 and the Complainant is not entitled any amount under the
policy in dispute or as per the Order dated 10.02.217.

5. I Mahesh Sejwani, Advocate on behalf of the Opposite Party submits the

compliance Cheque bearing no. 10356388 by way of this Pursis and
request to handover the said Cheque of Rs. Rs.15,29,592.00 to the
Complainant by taking the acknowledgment of receipt.
