MOTION TO LITIGATE AS
AN INDIGENT LITIGANT

COMES NOW, Plaintiff, RONA B. CABANG, unto this Honorable Court,


respectfully alleges that:

1. I am a resident of San Marcial, San Isidro, Abra;

2. I am an indigent and my only source of income is my salary from harvesting


crops for which I earn a maximum annual income of four thousand pesos
(P4000.00). Copies of Certificate of Indigency issued by the Office of the
Barangay Chairman of Brgy. San Marcial and the Office of the Municipal Social
and Welfare Development – Abra, both in my name are attached herewith and
marked as Annex “A” and “B”, respectively;

3. I do not own real property of any kind as evidenced by a certification issued


by the Office of the Provincial Assessor for the province of Abra on May 28, 2018
which is hereto attached and marked as Annex “C”;

4. Due to financial constraint, I cannot afford to pay for the expenses of a court
litigation as I do not have enough funds for food, shelter and other basic
necessities. I, likewise, do not have any immediate family who can support the
expenses of litigation;

5. Should the court render judgment in my favor, the amount of the docket and
other legal fees which I was exempted from paying shall be a lien on the
judgment, unless the court orders otherwise.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that I be exempted


from the payment of docket and other legal fees as an indigent pursuant to Section
21, Rule 3, in relation to Section 18, Rule 141 of the Revised Rules of Court.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed for.

COMES NOW, Plaintiff, PAULINA B. SULIAN, unto this Honorable Court,


respectfully alleges that:

1. I am a resident of San Marcial, San Isidro, Abra;

2. I am an indigent and a housewife with no source of income. Copies of


Certificate of Indigency issued by the Office of the Barangay Chairman of Brgy.
San Marcial and the Office of the Municipal Social and Welfare Development –
Abra, both in my name are attached herewith and marked as Annex “A” and “B”,
respectively;

3. I do not own real property of any kind as evidenced by a certification issued
