ECIL, a Public Sector Enterprise under Department of Atomic Energy is looking for
dynamic and result-oriented Ex-Servicemen for the following positions on contract basis
for a period of THREE years (extendable by TWO more years depending upon
organizational requirements) who are having Liaison and Security experience to work at
our North Zonal Office & Headquarter (Hyderabad).

Qualification and Experience for Post No 1 :
1) Education: Should have a Graduation degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
2) Should have retired as JCO or its equivalent post from Army, Navy or Airforce.
3) Should have minimum 10 Years of experience in Liaison cum Secretarial work.
4) Shall be well conversant with MS Office.
5) Should have good drafting skills.
6) Candidates with experience in Office Management / Record Keeping /
Secretarial exposure in Armed Forces and Corporate Sector will be given
preference.
7) Spoken English desirable.
8) Ability to read, speak and write Hindi is preferable.
9) Experience in Technical branch of Army/Navy/Airforce is desirable.
10) Should be SHAPE 1 (Medical Category) during release from force.
11) Should have experience in liaisoning, security and firefighting activities in
Armed Forces and Corporate Sector.
Key Responsibility Areas:
a) Liaison with Ministry of Defence and three Service Head Quarters of Armed
Forces for business related tasks.
b) Supervise the security arrangement of the Office Complex and the Two Guest
Houses at Delhi.
c) Assist GM (North)’s Secretariat to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
d) Coordinate the visits of Senior Officials, including transport and accommodation
and guest house management.
e) Extend support to other areas as and when required. Any other activities as may
be assigned from time to time.
Qualification and Experience for Post No 2 :
1) Education: Should have a Graduation degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
2) Should have retired as JCO or equivalent post from Army, Navy or Airforce.
3) Should have minimum 10 Years of experience in Physical Security cum Frisking,
Inward /outward Movement control for material/ vehicle, Suitable Ledger Entry
and all functions related to security in a large industry.
4) Should be well conversant with MS Office and office record keeping procedure.
5) Should have knowledge in investigating procedure.
6) Spoken English desirable.
7) Experience in Technical branch of Army/Navy/Airforce is desirable.
8) Should be SHAPE 1 (Medical Category) during release from force.
9) Should have sound communication and man management skills.
10) Should have experience in managing contract security personnel.
11) Fire training is desirable.
12) Ability to read, speak and write Telugu for Post No 2 is preferable.
Key Responsibility Areas:
a. Protect company premises round- the –clock & remain ever vigilant.
b. Prevent unauthorized entry of person(s) into the premises of ECIL and further to
prevent, any nuisance or disturbance at the premises of ECIL.
c. Checking of all incoming and outgoing goods and maintaining/keeping proper
records thereof.
d. Undertake all necessary & precautionary security measure in the area/ division
as assigned.
e. Submission of Daily Reports on events, observation and incidents relating to
each premise to the official concerned.
f. Safety measures like fire fighting assistance etc, as and when needed.
g. Lodge complaints with the police/law Enforcements Authorities promptly and
pursue the cases with them in respect of any untoward incident occurring in the
premises of ECIL with the prior written consent of ECIL.
h. Carry out any other tasks allocated by ECIL in the interest of the security of the
premises of ECIL.

Method of Selection: Through Personal Interview.

It may please be noted that no Travelling Allowance (TA) is admissible to outstation
candidates appearing for Personal Interview.

website of the Company. There will be no separate communication to any candidate
on their non-selection at any stage.
The application is liable for rejection at any stage of recruitment process, in case,

candidate or otherwise) even after contract appointment, his/her services are

RELAXATIONS:
Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled
in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989. Reservations & Age
relaxations for SC/ST/OBC will be as per the Govt. directives from time to time.
However the maximum age limit for both posts are 55 Years.
