Dormitories are no longer enough for the growing amounts of students. Prince 
House offers a whole new style of living. Managed by Prince Co., Prince House is a 
“BOT” dorm, which is very different from all NTU dorms. 
“We shape our buildings; thereafter they shape us.”(W. Churchill).This is also 
the guideline of Prince Co. Safety, tranquility and comfort are our concerns. Each 
dorm has its own counselors and managers responsible for dorm living and student

Something to Know Before Application 
◎  Priority of first application 
NTU offers you a chance to apply for the dorm. However, if you decided to drop 
before you arrive, you have to wait for the next semester and apply again. 
 
◎  Rent & security deposit 
      ‐Pay the 1st month rent and 2 months deposit in cash when check‐in. 
      ‐To pay the rent prior to the 10th day of every month, you can reach receptionists 
for the deposit slip, than pay in person at any local banks in Taiwan. 
      ‐If you have a local bank account, ATM transferring is an alternative. 
 
◎  How Long Can You Stay 
      ‐You can stay until your program ends. It depends on how long you applied before 
you arrived in Taiwan. 
      ‐If you check out before the your program or contract ends, one‐month‐rent 
penalty will be charged. 
 
◎  Security Deposit Refunding 
‐Take the check out application form at reception desk before 1~2 months you 
leave, otherwise, international remittance is the only way to take back deposit. 
      ‐After the receptionists check the facilities in your room, they will refund your 
deposit.
