PARTY (II).

On this day date ,Each Party hereby agree and consent to perform this agreement under the following term and
condition which arrange on clause below :

CLAUSE I

General requirements

First Party and Second Party All together herein after referred to as THE PARTIES. Hereby declare that :

1. First Party and Second Party are the owners and agree together to establish PT. WILD SUMATERA
ADVENTURES.
2. FIRST PARTY as partly owner of capital and first stock investors for the type of business with its engaged in the
field of Property as like hostelry, bungalow with international standard, Transport, Travel, and others related to
PT. WILD SUMATERA ADVENTURES, in the event of land purchase specifically first land of FIRST PARTY
has a share of 50% which should purchase second land FIRST PARTY has a share of 60% and SECOND
PARTY has a share of 40%.
3. SECOND PARTY as partly owner of capital and capital manager from FIRST PARTY be responsible to manage
the business as set forth in clause 1 paragraph 1.

 This is taken by mutual agreement and if there are any diversion can not be done without any consent from
FIRST PARTY both in PT. WILD SUMATERA ADVENTURES or in asset management as well as in the
management of shares later.
5. SECOND PARTY receive capital from FIRST PARTY the SECOND PARTY receives capital from the first
party submitted at the time the agreement is agreed and signed.
6. based on the description above based on the description above both the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND
PARTY agreed to cooperate in business capital and business agreements in the field of property such as lodging,
international bungalow, transport, travel and others.
7. the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY can not make all the assets in the agreement used to be a guarantee
