occasion MX user require through visibility analysis carried out with different Eye and Target
strings. MX linemode options 175/176 will allow this.
Steps to Accomplish
The fields for minor options 175/176 are detailed below.

Field 1 - String label to define the eye position

Field 2 - String label to define target position
Field 3 - Visibility string label if visibility details are to be stored
Field 4 - Minimum visibility distance
Field 5 - Eye horizontal offset
Field 6 - Eye vertical offset
Field 7 - Eye chainage interval
Field 8 - Target horizontal offset
Field 9 - Target vertical offset
Field 10 - Target chainage interval

Option 176 allows the eye and target to run in the reverse direction along the master
alignment without having to change the 174 data.

Example linemode setup below.

SECT,DESIGN MODEL
SECT,VISIBILITY RESULTS
174,M001,SINT,V,10,7=-70,10=70
175,CL01,CL02,VIS1,200,2.0,1.5,10,-2,0.25,10
176,CL01,CL02,VIS2,200,2.0,1.5,10,-2,0.25,10
