 Garden Hotel

o First, I gave the apologies about differents situation in the hotel.

o Then, told him about the reason what it happened and try to
understood us about the politics of the hotel.
o Finally, I gave the apologies, gave him some gift and told him to
come on it back.

 Hotel Continental Lima

o I gave the apologies; then, exchanged a room the best of the hotel.
o About breakfast, told him it’s politics’ hotel and he does known we’ll
renovate each meal.
